Hello Everyone!
I'm really excited about this episode where I interview Deke Sharon! He is the creator of DCappella, Disney's new contemporary a cappella group! He was so generous with his time and knowledge, and we had a great time talking. This episode is about how he started in a cappella and then the creation of the group. So much great information. How DCappella came about is so interesting, and I believe you will find it interesting too!

Welcome back to the podcast as we finish up Mary Poppins Returns. I had so much fun with Mandi and Sean (and the roommate Zach eventually joins us)! Cock-a-doodle-doo!
This is a fun week! We are going to go to the second start to the right and straight on til morning! Yes, you guess it, Peter Pan! I love this movie, and I think the music is not as appreciated as it should be. There is also some controversy with this movie, although Disney tends to ignore that because it is so iconic. It has some of the most well known Disney music in their music catalog!

This week we are talking about an under appreciated Disney movie, Pocahontas. It is a beautifully animated film with an amazing score and songs by Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz. It was their first collaboration, and I believe it was a great one! It was also a change for Disney to try and create a serious animated movie.

Hello!
Today we explore some of the "Darker Side" of Disney music by listening to some songs about and sung by villains! Villains are some of my favorite characters, and they also have some of my favorite songs. Some of the songs are funny, some are scary, and all of them are great! Disney Villains - Simply Sinister Songs are just some of the many villain songs in the Disney canon of music. It's a great addition to any Disney music lovers collection!

Hi Everyone!
This episode we are going to the Circus with DUMBO!! I love the circus! I love circus music and the romance and nostalgia of going to the circus! Especially the circus around the turn of the 20th century!
In this episode we talk a little about the history of circus music and listen to a few circus marches. We then dive into the music of the animated feature Dumbo! I believe Dumbo has some of the most iconic music in the Disney music catalogue, including one of my favorite Disney songs! I'm excited to share this episode with you all!
